A Memorable Stay – Exceptional Service and Hospitality! Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. A huge shout-out to Mohammed Hassan, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He made it super easy for us to extend our stay and accommodated all our requests, including a late check-out, with such professionalism and kindness. He truly made everything smooth and stress-free for my husband and me. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We had the pleasure of staying in both the deluxe rooms and the pool access rooms, and both were absolutely fantastic. There are so many room options to choose from, which makes it perfect for all kinds of travelers. As someone visiting from the UK, the hospitality and service in Egypt really stood out – warm, welcoming, and so attentive. This stay was one to remember, and I would definitely come back to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. Booking included shuttle to and from the airport, and the person picking me up met me at the airport even before the visa checkpoint, and helpfully ushered me through the various points until I boarded the shuttle bus. Breakfast buffet was also quite good, with plenty of choice.

Fantastic Stay at Dusit Thani Lakeview Cairo We had a great stay at Dusit Thani Lakeview Cairo. The staff were professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. The hotel is beautiful, with a great selection of restaurants—Tao and EV were both excellent, and the steak at EV was a standout. Our Club Room was well-equipped and comfortable, and the added Club Lounge access made it well worth the upgrade. The hotel also arranged a private day tour to Alexandria, and our guide Mohamed (aka Jimmy) made it unforgettable—our favourite tour in Egypt by far. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run base in Cairo.

I arranged a birthday stay for my wife at Dusit Thani, and the experience she had was truly exceptional. From the moment she checked in, the team went above and beyond to make her celebration special. The thoughtful birthday setup in the room, the delicious cake, and the generous complimentary snacks and drinks were all wonderful touches that made her feel so valued and cared for. She especially highlighted the spa treatment, describing it as absolutely unreal — relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable. It was the perfect way to make her birthday celebration even more memorable. Although I couldn’t be there myself, I am deeply thankful to the Dusit Thani team for ensuring everything was perfectly arranged and for creating such a remarkable experience for her. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for world-class hospitality and a truly personalized stay.

The hotel is very beautiful, situated in one of the good quarters in Cairo and the facilities are really beautiful with several pools and garden. The Asian restaurant was really with big variety and very delicious food. We got a complementary shuttle from the air port to the hotel. The hotel is situated around 20 minutes away from the air port.
