A Memorable Stay – Exceptional Service and Hospitality! Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. A huge shout-out to Mohammed Hassan, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He made it super easy for us to extend our stay and accommodated all our requests, including a late check-out, with such professionalism and kindness. He truly made everything smooth and stress-free for my husband and me. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We had the pleasure of staying in both the deluxe rooms and the pool access rooms, and both were absolutely fantastic. There are so many room options to choose from, which makes it perfect for all kinds of travelers. As someone visiting from the UK, the hospitality and service in Egypt really stood out – warm, welcoming, and so attentive. This stay was one to remember, and I would definitely come back to stay here again. Highly recommended!

He made our breakfast experience memorable — always so kind, helpful, and attentive. Fantastic Stay at Dusit Thani Lakeview Cairo We had a great stay at Dusit Thani Lakeview Cairo. The staff were professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. The hotel is beautiful, with a great selection of restaurants—Tao and EV were both excellent, and the steak at EV was a standout. Our Club Room was well-equipped and comfortable, and the added Club Lounge access made it well worth the upgrade. The hotel also arranged a private day tour to Alexandria, and our guide Mohamed (aka Jimmy) made it unforgettable—our favourite tour in Egypt by far. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run base in Cairo.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Luxury, Comfort, and Outstanding Hospitality! My stay at Dusit Thani LakeView Cairo was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant and peaceful, offering a true escape from the busy city while still being in a prime location. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with every detail taken care of for maximum comfort. The food was amazing — from the breakfast buffet to the à la carte restaurants, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. The pool area and garden views were stunning, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether for business or leisure, Dusit Thani LakeView offers an outstanding experience. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Exceptional Service – Thank You, Aya! We had such a wonderful stay, and a big thank you goes to Aya, who was absolutely lovely throughout our time at the hotel. She called our room every day just to check in and see if we needed anything — such a thoughtful and kind gesture that really made us feel cared for. Aya was always attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful, and her warmth added a personal touch that made our experience even better. The hotel is very beautiful, situated in one of the good quarters in Cairo and the facilities are really beautiful with several pools and garden. The Asian restaurant was really with big variety and very delicious food. We got a complementary shuttle from the air port to the hotel. The hotel is situated around 20 minutes away from the air port.

The concierge desk at the Dusit has been a true highlight of my stay, providing outstanding service. I would like to especially commend Moustafa Ayad, who was incredibly helpful. He assisted us in arranging a last-minute trip to the Pyramids and organized emergency airport transport when our Uber was significantly delayed. Moustafa was highly attentive, staying on top of our requests well into the evening. This has been the best concierge service I have experienced across all the hotels I have stayed in. Additionally, the airport pick-up service is exceptional, as they assist with visa formalities and fast-track you through immigration in just 15 minutes, bypassing the long queues—a real VIP experience! The staff is called Yasser.

The staff were excellent could not do enough for us..from the room cleaners (Ahmed) to the concierge ( Mustafa) and the lovely ladies at the Tau restaurant, and of course the relations staff who were always at hand to message us on WhatsApp ( they were superb, helped with our luggage, and we'll being) all very helpful, polite, attentive and caring. We can't wait to go back. Thank you all. The most outstanding staff was Yasser from the airport shuttle team. This man is an angel, who went above and beyond to help us and take care of us. A credit to the hotel. My luggage were left behind by Egyptair, it was a disaster for Christmas being ruined after coming from such a long way. I was so upset and Yasser helped to locate them the following day, after working a long shift, he stayed behind just for me, helped with the language barrier and reassured me all will be well. I was so uncomfortable and had little information from Egyptair. I don't speak or understand Arabic, so it was scary. Yasser was God send, and he never left me without support. He stayed with me till 2am! I could not thank him enough. We love Yaser!

This is my favorite place to stay in Cairo - and I have many happy memories here. The resort feels secluded without being too far from the city, so it’s great for a weekend getaway. We absolutely love the spa and frequent it as often as we can. Room service food is always quite good and the menu selection is extensive. The staff are very attentive and friendly. I plan to come here many times in the future.

We were blown away from the very first minute. Starting from Abdullah at the doors, guiding us to the reception where Hady made a tremendous effort to make sure smooth and friendly check-in. Housekeeping stuff was very attentive, especially Abdullah. There is no need to mention the food was above and beyond expectations. Thanks for Chef Atef and Milad. Overall, we are delighted with the stay, and we will definitely come back again for more.
